Greenframe sp zoo provides interior renovations, premium finishing works, facade cladding and external thermal insulation for residential and commercial properties, primarily in Warsaw and across Poland.
2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply to the use of the website available at greenframe-spzoo.com and to preliminary communications before a contract is concluded. They do not replace individual written contracts for specific projects. Where a separate agreement exists, its provisions take precedence over these Terms with respect to the performance of construction or renovation works.
Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.
3. Electronic services
Under the Act on Provision of Electronic Services, Greenframe sp zoo provides electronic services consisting of:
- displaying information about the company and its services;
- enabling contact via forms, email or other communication channels;

6. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code (Art. 22¹ Kodeks cywilny), you are entitled to rights under the Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), including:
- clear information before concluding a distance or off-premises contract;
- a statutory right of withdrawal from a distance contract within 14 days, unless an exception applies — for example, where the contract concerns services fully performed with your prior express consent, or custom renovation works executed according to your specifications;
- protection against unfair market practices under the Act on Counteracting Unfair Market Practices (Ustawa o przeciwdziałaniu nieuczciwym praktykom rynkowym).

7. Performance of works
Renovation and construction-related services are carried out in compliance with Polish law, including the Construction Law (Prawo budowlane) where building permits, notifications or supervision requirements apply. The client is responsible for providing access to the property and accurate information necessary for safe and lawful execution of works.
Timelines, materials, technical standards and acceptance procedures are defined in the individual contract. Unless otherwise agreed, works are performed during standard working hours and in a manner that minimises disruption to occupants and neighbours.
8. Prices and payment
Prices quoted on the website or in preliminary correspondence are indicative unless expressly stated as binding. Final pricing is confirmed in a contract or written offer. Payments are made according to the terms specified in the contract, in compliance with Polish tax and accounting regulations, including VAT rules where applicable.
9. Liability
Greenframe sp zoo is liable for non-performance or improper performance of contracted services under the rules set out in the Civil Code and the individual contract. Liability for damage caused to consumers is governed by mandatory provisions of Polish law and cannot be limited beyond what the law permits.
For use of the website itself, Greenframe sp zoo endeavours to keep content accurate and the site available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by Polish law, we are not liable for damages resulting from temporary technical interruptions, third-party actions or force majeure (siła wyższa).

12. Dispute resolution
We encourage resolving disputes amicably. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Trade Inspection (Polubowny Sąd Konsumencki przy Wojewódzkim Inspektorze Inspekcji Handlowej) or seek assistance from the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (Prezes UOKiK) — uokik.gov.pl.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Greenframe sp zoo is not obliged to participate in ODR proceedings but may do so where appropriate.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the website or from contracts for services are governed by Polish law. For business clients, the courts competent for the seat of Greenframe sp zoo shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
For consumers, jurisdiction is determined by the Civil Code and the Code of Civil Procedure (Kodeks postępowania cywilnego), including the option for consumers to bring proceedings before a court competent for their place of residence.
