Our primary base is Warsaw, where most projects are carried out. We also undertake assignments across the Warsaw metropolitan area and other locations in Poland, depending on project scope and schedule.

How long does a typical project take?
Duration depends on the size and complexity of the works. A single-room renovation may take several weeks, while full apartment or facade projects can span several months. A realistic schedule is agreed before work begins and communicated throughout the project.
Do you handle permits and building notifications?
Where Polish construction law requires building permits or notifications (prawo budowlane), we advise on the necessary steps and coordinate documentation as part of the project scope when agreed in the contract. Requirements vary by type of work and building classification.
What materials do you use?
We select materials suited to Warsaw's climate — including ETICS insulation systems, cladding panels, plasters, paints, tiles and flooring from reputable manufacturers meeting EU standards. Specifications are confirmed in the project offer before procurement begins.
Can you work while the property is occupied?
Yes, many interior projects are completed in occupied homes or active commercial spaces. We plan work phases to minimise disruption, protect adjacent areas and maintain safe access for occupants wherever possible.
How are payments structured?
Payment terms are defined in the individual contract — typically aligned with project milestones or agreed instalments. All invoices are issued in accordance with Polish tax regulations, including VAT where applicable.
Do you provide warranties on completed work?
Warranty periods for performed works and installed materials are specified in the contract and comply with applicable Polish law, including mandatory consumer protection provisions where the client is a consumer.
